Complete and send any information, forms, and assessment tools that have been advised to you, well in advance, of your appointment.
Make sure your device (phone, computer, tablet) is working properly and that you have a reliable internet connection. Test the video and audio capabilities to ensure that you can see and hear the specialist clearly.
Choose a quiet and private space for your Telehealth appointment where you won’t be interrupted or distracted. This will help you focus on the conversation with the specialist.
Write down any questions or concerns you have for the specialist before the appointment. This will help you remember everything you want to discuss during the appointment.
